CA fresher can expect for the post of Credit Analyst in banks. For tier I cities upto 7 lacs, for tier II upto 6 lacs and Tier III cities upto 5 lacs. Banks generally prefer CA's for this position however MBA in finance are also accepted but their CTC is lower.

Better try to enter into a reputed brand in industry of in practice. Banking is not a good place for a qualifed CA.
