Follow these simple steps to break your fear:

1) Study well before exams: Make sure the subject you read before the exam. Reading new topics on exam day will lead to confusion and makes you forget the topics you learned. Revision is essential rather than learning new things before an exam.

2) Thorough review: Never read the new items before an exam. Make quick notes or sharp points or draw sketches to remember yourself whatever you can. And remember while want to get the answer in the paper make sure to recollect the points that you have revised.

3) Brisk Walk: Walking circulates blood all over the body. It maintains the blood pressure well. A proper blood circulation is must for the brain and supports normal function.

4) Drink plenty of water: Drinking water improves exam grades, Experts suggest. It boasts one mental performance. Some experts say information in brain cells moves freely. Drinking water distracts the mind from getting hydrate in the performing the tests.

5) Get sufficient sleep: Sleep at least 6 to 7 hours. Sleep is critical to beat the stress. The mind is a monkey; It won't sit idle. But try to get some rest and never worry about tomorrow's exam. Fewer sleep causes divert of mind and not able to recall answers.

6) Eat Dark Chocolate: It is true. Eating dark chocolate fights the stress hormone called cortisol. It is a natural stress fighter also.

7) Meditation: Meditation is nothing but relaxation it's not concentration. It keeps mind fresh, clarity, an increase of happiness, anxiety decreases, problems become smaller. Meditation makes you aware.
