By giving correct detail of account no
There should be a intimation email on your registered email regarding wrong account no.
Download the form they provided there and attach necessary document and sent it to income tax department.

GO TO ONLINE WEB NSDL /INOCME TAX ,,, LOGIN AND SEND REQUEST OF REFUND BY CORRECT BANK DETAIL

Kindly follow the following steps
Log in to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
Go to My Account tab------->Service Request ------->New Request--------> Refund Reissue
mentione CPC ref no. and Refund issue sequence no ( u will find it in Intinmation U/S 143 (1)) and mention the correct account number thertein.
Incase you dont have Intinmation U/S 143 (1) follow following steps
Log in to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
Go to My Account tab------->Service Request ------->New Request--------> Intinmation U/S 143 (1)
Hope this will help you
Log on to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and give your correct bank a/c details and raise a new request for refund to the correct bank a/c number entered...
