Service tax refund under notification no. 41/2012-service tax
If any Company Claiming Duty Drawback on Export, then that Company be eligible for Claiming rebate of Service Tax by way of Refund of Service Tax paid on specified services parallal under Notification No. 41/2012-Service Tax.

yes you can do so claim refund by filling annexure 1 the expenses incurred against each shipment
