Pan card

Apply for changes/correction of PAN Data and tick the coloumn Photo Mismatch & Signature Mismatch. Attached the relevant documents. PAN will remain the same, but it will get updated with Photo and Signature of major.

You can correct your pan card mistake online and know your pan card status and also don't need to remember 10 digit PAN Card number because you know your pan number by name, dob and pan.
