and when employee will purchase goods.then what entry i will do in tally in both case.

Why complicate? Just pass a single entry.
Purchases A/c Debit. Cash A/c Credit.
DEAR SIR I WANT THIS ENTRY COMPLICATED BECAUSE I ALSO WANT TO RECORD CASH OF COMPANY.WHICH MAY BE EMPLOYEE HAVE.
