I earn from salary and stay at Bareilly on rent. At the same time I have my own flat at Pune which I rented out. I have home loan for the house. Which ITR Form to be filled as I have income from Salary and House Rent. At the same time I claim HRA too.

assuming you have income from one house property, you can use ITR1
Yes..Only one house
You should file Income tax return in ITR-1
