Transfer of articleship after in 3rd year
Can i send both form 109 & requisition for Transfer application at same time to institute along with no objection letter of Principal?

Firstly you can send Requisition Letter to ICAI for Granting permission for Termination. Or You can send Form 109 with Principal acceptance Letter And With Valid Reasons and proofs to thereof to ICAI.
Reason Plays Main Role while taking Termination. ICAI Accepts Valid Reasons with Suitable Proofs Only
