Can I file Income Tax Return of Below Taxable for The Ass.Year 2014-15 & 2015-16 in the current year 2016-17.

You can file the NIL return for AY 2015-16 only.

Hi, you can now file return for FY 2014-15 and FY 2015-16 i.e AY 2015-16 and AY 2016-17.

as per the proviso of section 139(5), belated return could be filed within one year from the end of AY of the relevant previous year i.e. 31st march 2017

Obsolutly You can file the returns for the both A.Ys at a time...
But if your in a intention to go for Bank Loan then maintain a 4 to 5 months gap for filing ITRs
