Respected... If I am a compoany and I have purchased 3 air conditioners worth of Rs. 144900 total bill, At what rate do I need to deduct the TDS on this bill

Mr. Ravi,

There is no need to deduct TDS on purchase of Air Conditions because you are purchased an assets not received any services.

It will be capitalized and depreciation would be charged as per company act @ 13.91%.
