Transfer of ownership & formation of company

Dear all, In a family there are 4 members and each one is a owner of one Petrol Pumps.they want to form a company where the company will take all the petrol pumps to it's name. My Query in this regard is case-1 : If ownership of petrol pumps are transferable then what will be the process ? Case-2 - If ownership of petrol pumps are non transferable then what will be the procedures ? Thanks in Advance
