TDS on interest is applicable on any public sector financial institution

Dear Umesh,
if interest is paid to any NBFC then TDS is applicable on same.
Our company taken a Loan from Tata Motor Finance Ltd/Chola Mandalam. on which we have pay the interest. TDS is applicable
Dear Umesh ,
Now you have to deposited TDS @ 10% of Such interest and the you have to issue Form-16A to each NBFC and then they will refund back you such TDS Amount.
