If Bifurication of material value and Service value is available then 100% of tax need to be paid on Service value. If not tax can be paid on 70% of Total value charged from customers

IS comprehensive AMC IS 100% WORK CONTRACT?
In case of WC can anyone charged vat 100% on WC amount without bifurication?
