Pan card confirmation

Respected Sir/ Madam, I would like to inform you that our society is registered on 08 October 2014 under society registration act 21, 1860. But unfortunately our PAN AACTB5203A has mentioned wrong date of incorporation and issue as a Trust PAN card. So we want to change Trust to Association of Persons PAN and change date of incorporation. ITS POSSIBLE OR NOT
