Can I file returns of 2015-16,2014-15 & 2013-14 for my client which is a new user to www.incometaxIndia gov.in????

You can file belated retun for AY 14-15 till 31/038/2016. But belated return cannot be revised & loss if any cannot be carried forward.

Time for filing return for AY 13-14 is elapsed. It can be filed if IT dept. sends any notifiaction for non filing of return.

 

Last date for belated return for FY 2013-14 is 31.03.2016. For FY 2014-15 it is 31.03.2017
U may b asked to pay penalty of rs 5000/-.
you can't file the return for A.Y. 2013-14 as the last date for filling return for A.Y. 2013-14 is 31-03-2015 but you file the return of your client for A.Y. 2014-15 and A.Y. 2015-16.
You can also file return of a. Y the 13-14 if it is a case of refund with reference of section 119
Dear sumit. You can file A.Y. 13-14 Return as on day.. Means u can file itr of 3 years consecutively...

You can file the return u/s 139 (5)

No, You cannot file so.

Return in pursuance to 139(5) can be filed only if return under 139(1) was filed or in pursuance of any notice under 142(1); and he discover any ommission or mistake and that too within one year from the end of relevant assessment year or before the assessment is completed.
