An assesse has taken pan no from udaipur but he earn income from banglore...from where he will file return. plz give ans with section or if any judgement

The return will take the Jurisdiction area of the PAN only. The city one is working, is not relevant for the same. For getting the Jurisdiction area, you can check on incometaxefiling.gov.in

@ Ankit as per sec 124 jurisdiction is dermined by place of business in case of person deriving income from business/profession in any other case by residentioal address.

@ pranit ji thank u to gave response to me what is ur view about salaried employee.
In case of salaried person jurisidiction is bassed on place of recidence.
