Why disallowed?? There 6 bill each of 15000. Please think than give a reply
If payment is made to hotel for 6 bills also will atract 40A(3) , other wise if payment is made to emplyees it will not atract 40A(3)evn if though they are paid tosame hotel

THERE IS PAYMENTS FOR 6 DIFFERENT PERSONS THAT WHY IT WILL ALLOWED AS EXPENSE.
I TOO WROTE IT AS ALLOWABLE EXPENSE.
clear cut disallowed.... have done it in practical life in audit. the aggregate amount is taken .

Caro 2003 is applicable !
Section 40A (3) attract exceed 20k in a day to single party no.of bill is totally irrelevant. So entire amount of rs 90000 will be disallowed
Pls also tell me the answer for Q 1a and 3 a
