Important query relating to ca final law
In ca final law exam whether in question they will ask answer as per companies act 2013 or 1956?
Or we have to judge?

Question paper will be based on existing sections of CA 1956 & new applicable sections of CA 2013. ICAI had notified 45 sections of CA 2013. So you don't need to prepare whole of CA 2013.
