How will i prepare that one,
Any other annexures we have to give to client or this is enough.

Form 16 is in two parts part A and B. Part A gets generated from TRACES web site after furnishing TDS return.
Part B to be prepared by employer and contains break up of salary, other income reported by employee, deductions under chapter VI-A, tax liability, tax deducted and tax payable/refundable to employee.
Attached is the format of Form 16 Part B.
Can we generate Form 16 a sheet for the people whose TDs is not deducted?
part A gets generated from traces of TDS so if no tds deducted u wil not get part A, but u can prepare form 16 part B.
