State with Reason True or False. The principle of confidentiality precludes(prevent or exclude) auditor to disclose the information about the client to third party at all circumstances without any exception.

False. You cannot Generalise a Rule saying its Applicable for All Circumstances. Exceptions are always there! You see!

false as disclosures may be required to regulators as per other law.  At such places duty to report overrides principle of confidentiality
