Validity of exemption in my case
i just appeared for the accounts paper of group 1 in IPCC may 2014. due to ill health i could not attempt the other papers and was absent. today in my results i got 61 in the accounts paper. will it qualify as an exemption in my next attempt ?

Sorry to say but the exemption is not valid. To need an exemption you have to attend all papers. It is not necessary that you should get some minimum marks in each, but present in all papers is must.
