@ Ashish Gupta u cant say like dis....prediction karna tha sahi to Nov 13 me karte na jab kisiko pata b ni tha aisa unexpected result ayega....abhi bakwas karke koi matlab ni h so wait karo ICAI ka badi badi baten mat karo.

 I still remember people before the decleration of nov13 result were very confidently predicting the passing percentage to be better than may13 but what  turned out was totaly opposite so guyz this is the reason many people r taking nov13 as base and expecting pass percentage to be very less but this is abosulutely wrong way of analysing...

Posted 9 minutes ago In Future Chartered Accountants to Remain only as Accounting Workers & will not be allowed/authorised to attend ant Tribunals.Also the Bar Council of India is taking up the Matter with SC that no other Professional ( CA/CS/CWA etc ) Except LLB Qualified Advocates can attend exen Normal hearings with Income Tax / VAT / Excise etc authorities. & Looking at their Representations & also the Clauses & Terms  Advocates Act of our Country, Be sure they will win this in their Favour.& if not than it will be the other way round that if CA/CS/CWA etc are allowed to attend the Hearing Proceedings than Tax Audit Etc also will be allowed to all such people ( Incl LLB) So its a Win Win situation for Advocates. & Possible Bad & Tough Days coming for CA/CS/CWAs.  Attached is the News Paper Cut Out as a First Move in favour of Advocates. CA will assist an Advocate.  ICAi & all Members of ICAI who till now were floating & Flying in Clouds about the supremancy of the Profession should clearly understand the words used by Chief Justice of India & Member of the Constitutional Bench of SC Justice Shri Lodha for CA/CS. I think after this ICAi atleast should stop their Self Proclaimation of giving the Best of the Education & course covering Over all studies of all subjects of Commerce & Accounting & Taxation. A BIG SLAP TO ICAI

Also Understand that our Present FM is an Advocate & He will support that Profession. Also note one thing which you must also have experienced in your Past Life, That CA never supports a CA but CA dusre CA ko always Girane ka hi sochta hai. this CA profession is the Most selfish cultured Profession

Once in Heaven all people. Eg. Gandhiji, Annaji, Sardar Patel Sahid Bhagatsingji etc & such Other People Incl Kejri were on a Dharna against the system & Disparity of Food & other Supplies Btwn Heaven & Hell, Whwrw Heaven Residents were given Sukha Roti & some vegetable & chatni as their meal. But Residents of HELL were allowed Meat, Fish, Liquor etc. Police arrested all the Heaven for breaking the LAW by organising a Dharna. & were presented to the court for hearing. Judge asked all of them as to who is the Counsel appearing for them .... & an Absolute Silence in the Court Room, All relatives of such Dharnaites went on a search of an advocate but as there was No Advocate was Known to them as no Advocate was availble in Heaven all the Dharnaittes were sent to Jail coz no one to fight the Bail application or case.

Its just about unity about our profession if advocates can do & loyal to their profession ..we will also have to. Let's not degrade others & just upgrade ourselves..we should show some unity be it this issue or any other issue. If 800 advocates can make govt on its knees in one day only when they want anything but are much more and unity should be there. Hon PM modi has specified in ICAI speech in WIRC that u shud keep unity & ask for things..he gave example of advocates only...its available on unity
