is there any changes in audit paper of ipcc nov 2014..?? because company law is changed for nov2014.

Yes dear there will be change in cokpany audit and company account and penlaty section for auditors...so look once there.

Refer the Student Journal (June '14) . The areas of amendments have been clearly given.
