Suggestions icai exam feed back form

It's a window provided by ICAI to review the lacunas found in the present system to be corrected or modified by obtaining valuable suggestions from the stakeholders. It's a welcome step we all must appreciate and welcome it. On your question whether the Examination will get tougher is a subjective question. The feedback form hopefully addresses many of the genuine concerns of the study community and the examination committee will factors such concerns for reforming the present examination system. The students also have to excercise some degree of patience and maturity in understanding the intent of Institute in long term.

By this FeedBack Form, Projecting that ICAI is tring to be Student friendly, Its nothing more than ICAI Tactfully collecting the Responses of Students & Gathering the Sense of Students Community, as to How they interprete the Questions, What they Want What they Look in the Paper & How much they are aware of the ICAI weakness in the Paper Settings & Also this Feedback will give the Areas of weaknesses of Students on which ICAI will start Playing More that what they are Playing with the Students Career & Mentality.

Think twice before giving Feedback & Making ICAI Successful in their Trap for the Students.

NOW READ THIS ANALYSIS & DECIDE THAT IS ICAI NOT AWARE OF THIS LACUNA IN THE PAPER SETTING COMPARED TO SYLBS ? & That too this is going since atleast last 5 - 6 attempts. 

Before taking further feedback why is ICAI not rectifying itself on this type of Glaring Mistakes which it is doing in full senses.

I have even written a Mail ti ICAI on this Issue but no reply on this.  Why ? Dont you all feel ICAI is duty bound to reply & give its position & say on this issue ?

 

Sir If it is Observed in CA Final Law Paper.

Sylbs Mentions Allied Laws at 30 Marks Sylbs. & Corporate Laws 70 Marks

Now If you carefully see the Paper for Last 5 Attempts atleast, Even Incl this Paper.

The Coverage is Either 22 marks or 38 Marks for Allied Laws. & Balance for Co Law

Total 7 Ques in the Paper

 Que 1 Compulsary & any 5 from 2 - 7 Allied Laws Coverage is 5 -6 Marks in Que No 1,

In Que 3- 8 Marks for Allied Law

In Que 5 - 8 Marks for Allied Laws

Question no 7 -16 Marks. Allied Laws

 Considering that Q 1 is attempted as it is compulsory

 Now if the Student leaves Quest No 7 as Optional

S/he gets an attempt of only 21 -22 marks of Allied Laws. 

Student leaves any one of Quest  2 or Quest 4 as Option, Then he Gets 37 - 38 Marks at Allied Laws Only One condition that 30 Marks of Allied Laws gets covered is a Student leaving either Q 3 or 5 as Option then only the Sylbs of 30 Marks gets Covered.

( How can ICAI indirectly hint the student to make a compulsion on his choice of Option, Else the Student shall have to face an Injustice on the Marks Distribution)

 The Moot point is that How can ICAI have such a disproportianate Distribution of Marks in the Paper compared to the Marks weightage Declared in the Sylbs.

 If We consider that Q 1 -3 - 5 - 7 with any two from 2/4/6 are attempted student gets to attempt 62 of Corporate Law & 38 or Allied Laws.

Student Attempts Q 1 - 6 then he Gets 78 of Co Law & 22 of Allied Laws.

ICAi is by itself Violating its Own declaration & Publication of the Marks covered & Distributed in the Sylbs. ICAI is Cheating the Students by telling something & Giving something which is very different from which it has declared in Writing. Lets take this Matter with ICAI.
