Cost of debt.
Dear friends what would be the cost of debt of 9.5 % debenture( fvalue 100 ) , if these debentures are reedemable after 3 years and are currently quoting at 981.05 ?

The maturity amount say, Rs. 100 @ 9.5% for 3 years will be Rs. 131.29 based on fv of 100/-.
The current rate is being Rs. 981.05, applying the same index, the total amount will be Rs. 1288.05
Any mistake in my arriving at this value or corrections are most solicted for learning.
