As form 23B, Intimation by the auditor to ROC for the appointment is not available in MCA site..
My question is that which form is required to be filed now for the same??

Form ADT-1 is tobe filed
But, ADT-1 is form company , not the intimation by the auditor.. its saying auditordetails by company
