27 January 2014I have doubt, lets say i am employed by 2 companies Company A & Company B. Both of them are paying my salaries and they are detecting the TDS. My doubt is
1. Whether Company A will be able to view my all the incomes for the current year from TRACES. (including Company B salary) or Vice Versa ?
PS: Think so now the TRACES is giving the consolidated Statement

Hello Krishna,
Traces are provding Consolidate Statement
But that contains TAN no so if Comapny A provides his tan no & log in so he will get His TAN consolidate file not your consolidated file.
you can see both the companys dedution details from 26as by log in through your pan no
But company can not see your other compnay details because in trace they are providing their TAN no Conso File not yours.

hello,
i have a doubt, i see an inbox on traces login, there is a message of PAN ERROR shown in tds return but the details not given in that message, so how can i know about type of pan error means what is the error ? & what is the processor to correct that.....

no form 16 generate for both the company seprately and company A and company B will issue form 16 seprately

Hello Geeta,
So now you know what is the fault, so you have to revised the return of tds.
dont delay do it as much early as otherwise it will attract penalty
so do it ASAP
