Formation of us subsidiary
My resident Indian client, with his partners in the US has formed a company in US.
Now to start business in India itself, he wants to float a company here in India.
My questions:
1. Which kind of company he should form in India? A subsidiary or WOS?
2. He is a director in foreign company. Could he be the Indian representative or again a director in Indian company?
3. What would be the additional requirements for forming such kind of Indian company?
4. There are many more questions but i think it should go in a conversation form so will ask on getting the reply for above questions.
Kindly, give ur humble opinion at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
As per my opinion, the answer would be
1) Subsidiary of Foreign Company
2) Yes he can be director and representative too
3) Parent Company's documents, resolutions for approval as well as normal procedures.
