Query: Annexure - 19 [exp of good w/o payment of duty]

Any body can guide me which documents are required to be submitted in excise range for proof of export under LUT & please attached here the format of covering letter for excise Range submission

The documents are Orginal and Duplicate copies of ARE1 duly endorsed by Customs officer, its Shipping bill and Bill of Lading copies must be attached.

We are submitting herewith a statement regarding EXPORT OF EXCISABLE GOODS WITHOUT  PAYMENT OF DUTY in ANNEXURE - 19 under Rule 19 of Central Excise Rules, 2002 for the month of AUG’ 2013 along with Original & Duplicate copies of A.R.E.1,  attested copies of Shipping Bills and Bills of Lading relating to proof of export for favour of necessary action.
