No, you are entitled to take refund for the part of CST paid on the goods. SAD refund is given on the goods on which CST has been paid.

Yes we have paid both SAD and CST, we have sold the entire goods imported after paying customs duty, e.g. we have paid SAD for Rs. 100/- and paid CST of Rs. 50/-, now are we entitled to refund of Rs. 100/- or Rs. 50/- ?

Dear sir,
You are eligible for the Rs.100/- and please note you have to consider quantity sold against which you have paid VAT/CST for SAD refund irrespective of VAT/CST amount.
