Our company paying Rs.10000/- to Tally Multi User Annual Subscripttion charges. Which section Applicable ie 194C -2% Or 194J -10%for the F//Y 2013-14.How much amount deduct the party.

NO TDS TO BE DEDUCTED.
FOR 194J - HE IS NOT PROVIDING YOU ANY SERVICES IN THE NATURE OF PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL, HE IS JUST SELLING YOU THE TALLY PACK SUBSCRIPTION.
FOR 194C - THERE IS NO CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU & THE OTHER PARTY OR OTHER PARTY IS NOT CARRYING ON ANY WORK, SO 194C WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE.
