if Bill Amount less than 30000 then tds not aplicable bt payment of fee more than 30000 in a FY then tds shoud b deducted on what amount. 

exp.  prof. fee in a fy 100000 

then tds deduted on 100000

or tds dedcuted on 100000-30000=70000
