How can a proprietorship business transferred from one person to another?
How can it be sold?
What is the procedure.
Or is there any way by which I can get tds on the business name other than making it a partnership as it will attract 30% tax rate.

1) It can be transferred by changing name in all license issued to the proprietor ie under sales tax , shops establishment etc under income tax act there in no such requirement.

It is a commission business proprietorship. So now commission is recd in the name of owner.
So I want to knw can I get commission on the company name itself ?
