What would be the applicabilityof TDS on " Development Assistance scheme for testing of prototype models" charges billed by Central Power research Institue on which Service tax has been levied by them?
Also I want to know , if TDS is applicable, then it falls under which catagory ?
Please let me know at the earliest ?
