What to do if income tax refund cheque retured due to wrong address.

Very Simple just login to the efiling a/c and then request for refund reissue but for this purpose you must have the intimation of a.year for which refund is go back.

sir,

submit indemnity bond in the name of income tax deptt with the application to income tax deptt . 100 Rs ke Stamp Paper pe indemnity bond hooga and mention in it , Income tax deptt will issue you refund cheque again when u give indemnity bond and mention in it if by this act any loss caused to the income tax department in future , you will be liable to indemnify the income tax deptt of such loss.
