Am I allowed to undergo ITT Training and orientation program before appearing for CA Intermediate Both group exams?

Infact this is the rule laid down
Flexibilty of doing ITT & OP have been offered due to limited infrastructural support and long backlog

Yes, you can do from the day of Joining IPCC.

You can do IT Training and Orientation Programme anytime after passing CPT Exam but before starting your Articleship Training.
