Mr. Dalip, I am not able to understand you. Do you need POA for service tax registration/representation to be given by authorised signatory to Consultant? Or U need POA/authorisation of a person as 'authorised signatory' to handle service tax matters? Because in the second case, it would generally be a Board's Authorisation to someone, Say to a Finance Manger, to act as an authorised signatory.

Please try to be clear in your question and many of us will help you.

For the time being, Please see the Power of Attorney Sample to be taken by CAs for obtaining service tax registration for Client.

ABC Company Limited>> <<Write Company's Complete Registered Office's Address and if Service Tax Registration is at different address, then, that address >> authorize <<Your name and your colleagues/Juniors name on whose favour you want to take authorisation/like Mr. POR, Mr. XYZ, Mr. 123, Chartered Accountants of M/s. AAA & Associates/Co. Dear All

Plz send the format of Power of Attorney in favour of one of the Director of the company for Service Tax Registration purpose. Also state the value of stamp paper. Plz clarify the documents required for submission.
