can i know that howmuch limit on reimbursement expense without service tax

No limit but u should have original bill for reimbursement !!

no such limit for levy of service tax on reimbursement of expenses

there is no limit for reimbursement of expenses. but it should have co relation with services provided as pure agent and separate bill of reimbursement should be there. not to be included with service value bills
