Many companies are providing DSCs online and rates vary from provider to provider (RA to RA). If you want to be RAA than you need to invest huge amount in advance. If you do not want to invest huge amount then also you can buy bulk DSCs at cheaper rates. I would like to share my experiance here. I always require 20-30 DSC per month for clients or for professionals . Whtat i am doing is that I am purchasing all my DSCs online only through www.etdsdsc.com . Now i am getting my DSCs only @ Rs. 250/- per DSC. instead of Rs.400/-or Rs.500/-. The best part is that i have ned not to make any investment .

Madam,
I suggest you to do a google search for DSC and to select 2 or 3 vendors nearby your location and enquire for the rates. If you can give commitment for the total number of DSC's required, you can bargain for the best rates. Some vendors allow you to make payments once in 15 days and also to send the documents alongwith the payment. Some require upfront payment wherein you'll be able to process the application and generate the DSC by yourself. Most prominent DSC registration authority are TCS (https://www.tcs-ca.tcs.com/subscriberHome/index1.jsp?link=login.jsp) and ncode (https://www.ncodesolutions.com/index.asp). If you are able to give some decent volume, you'll be able to register with them directly and get best price, but that involves investing some amount.
My best suggestion is to select a vendor in your state and with whom you can get the best rates. If you are located in tamilnadu, I can give some reference for both TCS and ncode

Strongly agree with you.
Initially i saw some people objecting to this indirect way of advertising for this website. But at that time i thought, there was nothing wrong in it. They are just sharing a piece of knowledge for other professionals.
However, now when i saw the forum for PAN Card and now DSC, its pretty clear what all is happening. Great way of fooling around.
