Dear friends,

I would like to share my story in CA attempts from past 6 years.I have been writing CA Inter since 2008.

Begening I wrote PE-2 exams four attempts. Some of you may know that what was the 2009-10 PE-2 results passing percentage.Later for 2 years I didn’t write.

Again started giving IPCC 1st group from last 2 years (given 3 attempts).1st attempt got marks 166 total, 2nd attempt 177, again 3rd attempt 166.

Its not belivable how the institute is valuating papers.I wrote Income tax for 100 marks and obtained only 46! . I agree some mistake would be there but I don’t agree the mistake were almost 50%.

I heard from some friends that practical papers like income tax can get proper marks if I give presentation as printed in suggested answers. Is that true..??! Why the institute wont give importance to knowledge..? I mean to say my final answers were correct. I'm telling this confidentially because of I have more than 6 years experience in practical taxation and the question asked in the examination were really simple.

Business law also I felt the same. I wrote answers correctly for 80 marks and obtained 44.

I agree for Accounts and Costing marks what i obatined . No issue in that.

Im not feeling bad. I just thinking why this examination is not passing even if I do hardwork, planned study etc…

Also I am thinking what about my future if this results continues in further attempts… I am having a lot of resposibilites at home to settel soon financially.  Please give valuable suggestion wheather continue or quit..? I need to take serious decision in this regard.
