Dear mam !
Thank you for showing your keen intrest towards the enquired topic.
I would like to know followings ;
Fact : I am a newly qualified ca having experience less than 2 years. I am actually not able to determine the applicable fees structure in my case, from start till finish of the course.
Secondly, is it mandatery to pay the study material prices? can't it be arranged within India, thereby giving students a saving in postage and carrying charge ?
Thirdly, how diiferent is the course design than that of us (icai). On an average what is the duration of time required to get onself prepared for :
* additional papers in Business Reporting (T1) and Business Change (T2) along with the Case Study.

As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), you can join the ICAEW by passing our advanced ACA exams. You can also apply for a practising certificate and gain audit rights in the UK with our Audit Qualification.
Qualified members of the ICAI will need to sit and pass the ACA's Advanced Stage exams and the ethics module in order to be eligible to join the ICAEW.
The Exclusive Scholarship Programme is an excellent opportunity for a limited number of ICAI members to join subsidised ACA training programmes in Delhi, Pune and Mumbai.
If you intend to practise in the UK or EC you must apply for a practising certificate. You may only practice as an ICAEW member if you have been a member of ICAI for at least two years.
ICAEW membership does not automatically grant you audit rights in the UK, so if you intend to work in audit during your career, then we recommend that you apply for the Audit Qualification (AQ) when joining us.

Dear Mam,
I am a CA (ICAI - May 2011) passout and have 2 years post qualification experience. I would be soon getting married and would be based out of London (Currently I am in Mumbai). I plan to work in London. Hence, I would like to know if I should pursue the ICAEW. Further do you get jobs basis the ICAI _ CA or do we need ICAEW to work in London or UK.

Hi,
I am a Member of ICAI since 2007 and have applied to ICAEW for enrollment as a student under the ICAI-ICAEW MOU. However, ICAEW Applications Department have asked me for my Membership Certificate. I do not possess/never received a Membership Certificate but have received a letter in 2007 confirming my enrollment as ACA in the Register of Members. ICAEW have clarified that the letter of Membership is not acceptable but they need a Membership Certificate. I request the forum-members to kindly suggest me a course of action.
