Usually I use to WINDOWS + D to minimize all programs and applications and to move to desk top, but I dont know the reason know am not minimize when i use that shortcut in WINDOWS 7
And I am not able use the short cut CTRL+ALT+DEL to open task manager

it seems that your access rights have been restricted, check with your network administrator.
If it was working before then, You have new audience in your PC, yes i am talking about virus!!
Get your OS re-installed.

Yes i got kaspersky but its still system is very slow

Try CCleaner for deleting uknown files, it will boost ur performance!!
If doesnt work then, you got to format your PC & re-install OS.

No, basic version of CC CLEANER is free which works fine for normal user. You can download from here https://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner or simply can serach download link in google if it doesn't work in any case.
Premium version is also available with extra features.
Download it and clean all temporary file and history and also fix registaries issues by using registary cleaner which comes along with cccleaner.
Surely, it will improve system performance. Also you can use disk cleanup manager for system cleaning. Additionaly, do disk check by using disk check options given in drives properties.
