Usually I use to WINDOWS + D to minimize all programs and applications and to move to desk top, but I dont know the reason know am not minimize when i use that shortcut in WINDOWS 7
And I am not able use the short cut CTRL+ALT+DEL to open task manager

Yes i got kaspersky but its still system is very slow
Try CCleaner for deleting uknown files, it will boost ur performance!!
If doesnt work then, you got to format your PC & re-install OS.

Download it and clean all temporary file and history and also fix registaries issues by using registary cleaner which comes along with cccleaner.
Surely, it will improve system performance. Also you can use disk cleanup manager for system cleaning. Additionaly, do disk check by using disk check options given in drives properties.
