online registration of tan is not available in tin web site. then how can we download the default details?

Online application form for TAN registration (Form 49B) is available in TIN website. You should fill it and You can make payment thru DD/Cheque/Credit or Debit Card/ Net banking. After succussfully upload you can get acknowledge of the same, send the hard copies of acknowledge and payment proof to concerned address which is mentioned.
