There is no such provision included in finance Act. and Service tax notifications.
u will have to pay service tax if u are enjoying the services rendered by ur service provider in respect of contract done. (for supplying man power)

No Such provision. In fact Reverse charge will be applicable if such services are provided by Non-Corporate entity.

Agree With Mr. Suhas A Nagpure...... if Service Provider is a Non-corporate Assese then Reverse Charge Machanism will be applicable....... 25% SV Tax Will be Paid by SV Provider and 75 will be paid by Receiver.... So What Ever SV Tax is Charged By Contractor you will Pay only 25% on Gross Service tax Charged and Pay 75% Directly to the Government.

no provisions are there in Finance Act, 1994 & Service tax rules regarding non applicability of service tax.
