Count of ca final examination attempts

i have filled form for november 2012 examination, but wont be able to appear in exam. so is this attempt going to count.

count? No one is counting ur attempts except u. so it depends on u. If u r not giving ur xams bcoz u hav not prepared and failing would mean an attempt then i would say u r commiting a mistake. Come on atleast give it a shot. Even if u fail it would be a practice match but play for a win.
