Sometimes it happen to me too when i can't concentrate on study or anything else in life.
Then i go to visit a good place like temple, garden, picnic spot or to meet a friend who is preparing for any exam. i talk with her indirectly about studying and find some points which motivate me.
In this way i get back my focus on study or other work. It makes me feel light and remove unnecessary pressure.
That's is my way of healing from tension
