i have not received the mark sheet of ca final exam the result of which is decleared on 19 july ,shall i apply for duplicate mark sheet as 25 day are already passed

any reason for delay in sending mark sheet
Even I have not recieved it, I think its okay to wait for the results to come by post, upto August end.
