My one friend had called one CA from Delhi, he said tommorrow 8 am they will declare.some technical failure.. But confirm on icai.org.they will announce latest annoucement soon

They will increase pass percentage of pcc/ipcc cause pass percentage of final is also very high this attempt...

I checked it now, but it showed 404 error only
