First of all
recheck the payment details ,like challan no and BSR code ,entered in return of income and check form 26AS also
if details entered in return of income are correct file rectification request online.
if details entered in return of income are not correct file revised return.

Mr Mohd tasleem-- No need to worry at all.
Mr Ajajsayeed- First check form 26AS
If you have filed manually, then submit the copy of tax challan paid along with a letter to the AO.
In case even after filing manually, u have received the intimation u/s 143(1) from CPC, then file an online rectification.
In some cases CPC has suggested to send them the details through post.
So prefrably contact CPC, if you have received the intimation from CPC

If u have received CPC Order, then there must have been two columns in the Order. First Colum will be "As file by assessee" and second column will be "As computed".
Just compare the details, where there is inconsisietency between those two columns. Suppose, you have found that you have taken benefit of brought forward loss, but department has not allowed. ........then is is sure that you have made som mistake in your return.
All the possible mistakes, which one could have made is also shown in "Rectification Manual" available on the income tax web site and upload the rectification request online.

intimation u/s 143(1) is regarding processing of ROI at CPC, banglore. You need to chech whether details provided in intimation are same with your ROI filefor the AY. If refund amount- you claimed in your ROI/Tax liabilityi.e.NIL is same same with Intimation then you need not to answer ELSE you need to file Rectificatio Application u/s 154....
