My query is, suppose i am earning 39000 rs as intrest on FD and aproxy total 4000 rs TDS deducted by bank then which amount is mentioned in efilling. (income other then salary).
39000/- or 35000/- ????

the Gross amount of 39000 & the TDS amount of 400 should be disclosed in the ITR.

U r right Mr Giridhar but Interest amt is not Rs.400/- its Rs.4000/-. ( TDS rate for Interest is 10% u/s 194A)

Show gross amount in Return and in the TDS sheet, show the details of tax deducted as per Form 16A received.
